CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Terms and customer information
Information about quotations, surface limitations and customer arrangements that must be adapted to the operating business.
Template notice: These are general website-use and pre-contract information notes, not final business trading terms. The owner should obtain a suitable set of terms for actual services and applicable UK consumer law.
1. Website information
Information on this website describes services that may be available subject to assessment and confirmation. It is not an unconditional offer or a guarantee of availability.
2. Quotations
An online enquiry is not a booking. A quotation should clearly identify the surfaces and areas included, the proposed method, any exclusions, access requirements, additional treatments and the price and payment terms.
3. Surface condition
Some surfaces can be damaged by unsuitable cleaning methods. Existing cracks, loose pointing, coatings and fragile materials should be disclosed before work is agreed. No cleaning method can guarantee removal of every stain or reversal of physical wear.
4. Access and preparation
Relevant access, water, electricity, drainage and movable items should be discussed in advance. Specific obligations must be included in the actual agreed terms.
5. Cancellations and consumer rights
Business owner action required: provide appropriate booking, cancellation, refund and statutory rights information for the business and services, including distance or off-premises contracts where applicable.
6. Contact details
Business: PressurePro Studio. Contact: info@website.co.uk. Address: info@website.co.uk.
Points to agree for individual cleaning jobs
A service agreement should identify the cleaning area, material, price, water and access arrangements, exclusions and any agreed additions. Particular attention may be needed for re-sanding block paving, moving heavy items, treating stains or using specialist products.
Customers should be made aware of existing defects such as loose pointing, worn coatings or cracked slabs, and any reason that a clean might not achieve a uniform finish. Cancellation rights and payment rules need to reflect the actual business and applicable law; this example text must be checked before use.
